Becoming a host takes just a few easy steps.

Our on-boarding process is quick and simple

1. Contact us

Use our Contact form or our e-mail to reach out. Your owner representative will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

2. Phone Call

We’ll schedule an initial phone call  to get to know you and your goals better and to answer any questions you may have.

3. Schedule a meeting

We’ll schedule a time for us to visit your home and meet (owner presence based on availability). This is when we will discuss your home, how to maximize rental revenue, and any additional personal needs that we can help with.
Your initial home inspection and consultation is covered by us.

4. Contract

If you like what we have to offer, then we move on to the contract. Our contract has a 30-day cancellation policy. We are confident in our service and do not believe in locking owners into annual contracts.

From there we help take care of everything. From the professional photography to the stocking of consumable guest amenities, Whistler Vacation Homes will take care of it.
